Noob 1Jungler questions

Hi guys, I've been an adc main for a few years. I've recently picked up jungle and it seems that I'm better at that than at adc. I play xin, WW, Sej, and rammus primarily. Not against playing anyone else just my comforts. I have a question about itemization. Mainly as xin. This guys is really good right now and I can seem to start a snowball just about every game I play him in. I get warrior enchant with red smite. Then triforce, NOW... if I'm snowballing what item should I get next? Attack or go full tank from there? Kinda realized I was stumped by that point. That and the game is typically over at that point. working on closing them out really fast as well.
