I noticed that the first Sona q of the game usually results in about 2 seconds of skipped frames. I know that MY whole team experiences it everytime when the Sona is on my side. I do NOT know if the enemy team gets the same missed time.
I was duoing with a friend who played Sona and our entire team complained about a brief frame lag at the same time, though it wasn't the first Q of the game. I think it was when he used a Power Chord Q. It only happened once I think.
And I thought my newly updated driver was causing this. Thanks for clearing that up.
I've had a few games where early on, there's a brief moment of skipped frames with a first attack. Come to think of it, Sona was in every game that happened. It's only been happening since the last patch.

I like sending all-chat messages to the other team with the time I'm going to Q and lag them; the confusion it causes is hilarious
I noticed this problem, so a friend and I tested it. It seems to only occur when using Sona's default skin and only on the first Q of the match that actually damages a target.
