But is picked for flash stun. I think Tibbers auto attacks should stun and should knock up enemies in an area around him whenever annie casts a spell. This will make annies bear, tibbers a little more relevant rather than having all the power lopsided on annie.
By the time you see that bear on you ur already dead that dumb stun one shot is good enough. plus if she was a bear mage that would make Annie's game play useless until level 6 they would nerf other things in her kit and only make use of her ult. its a dumb idea.

Annie is a pyromancer, not a bear mage. She uses fire magic to animate and transform her bear.
Annie is perfectly fine as she is. She isn't in the top 20 meta champs not because of her kit, but because AP itemization is trash atm.
