Katarina with her passive. That would allow for a ton of burst per second. Nami will be able to get 3 hits on her Ebb and Flow pretty much all the time, and having two CC is also great. Vayne would also be amazing due to her synergy with rageblade, as well as a near-instant CC. Illaoi ultimate would be insane, especially on the death bridge that gets overrun with Kha'Zix and Cho'Gath.

Teemo's traps can be thrown in any direction and stall incoming juggernauts like Rek or Cho Akali would have no shortage of enemies to constantly dash to, and her life gain is absolutely insane. Singed literally just needs to run around and throw stuff, all while enemies suffocate and die. Leona ---> cc for days, and tanky to boot. Yasuo's wind wall would come in handy during the shooting gallery portions, and he deals plenty of damage on his own.
