Hey there, Onwodori here.
Gangplank is probably my strongest champion and has been for a long time. Only, I don't play him top -- in fact, I'd be more comfortable playing him as an ADC before I play him top.
I'm weird that way.
Mostly, I jungle and support with him. But I digress -- with the changes to his early HP and Q farming, is Gangplank Top still the titan that he was in worlds?

they should work on buffing his early game and nerfing his late game but tbh I don't think any changes will come out for him in a while since other champions need work too
Fiveofswords1 voteswell since you dont go top with gangplank its pretty irrelevant for you if he is banned in lcs because its assumed he would go top when he is banned.
Like im sure he would never be banned if it was understood that he was going to try to 'adc'. Hes totaly shyt for that role.
