i just played her now the abundance of players spamming her has stopped or almost stopped and she felt really off with the Q cd and damage ..... i understand it was because of aftershock which i never played with but i wanted to ask if these will be reverted when the keystone changes happen? especially the Q cd

I don't understand it either, because her spamming q leaves her mana starved, and If she misses more than 1 at level one she cant kill you at 2. Aftershock should be nerfed, not Lissandra, or at least change it if ranged champions begin to abuse it.
