max rank ult +45% cool-down + Ultimate Hunter is literally 7 seconds access to plenty of ults in 7 seconds

what the heck

While I'm here may as well compare his overloaded e, not even riven or ekko gets this much! a dashing shield that scales with AP as well as a tool for engage/escape( like while in jungle) its like this guy will be a jungle monster he even has built in AoE for the clear!

Not to mention if he fails the first time with his E its literally back up pretty fast even in early levels because the cooldown starts as soon as you use it. Happy that they didnt make his W healing work on any monsters but its ration is really big especially when just going AP but I guess its for his survivability thought Im 100% sure this healing will get reduced a lot he is literally an AP riven

There's also a per-champion cooldown on his ult, meaning he can't just spam ults in a teamfight.

Late-game, his ult can have a 7-second cooldown, so he does have the potential to use five ults in a teamfight. However, this requires you to not only have all five members of the enemy team nearby, but you also have to kill them in succession. If somebody dies before you steal their ult, you don't get to use it.

He's also kinda bad at 1v1s and skirmishes, especially if he already stole a person's ult recently. His early game is weak due to long af cooldowns. His level 16 powerspike is monstrous, but before then he needs all that CDR just to function.

He's a relatively-squishy late-game melee champion that can engage hard, but doesn't have a way out of a bad situation. It'll be easy to feed and lose once his numbers are put in check.
