Rune costs are not tuned correctly at all

So a Tier 3 Glyph +0.27 Health Regen /5 secs costs 850 IP http://i.imgur.com/NjB8bjM.png

While a Tier 1 Seal +0.35 Health Regen/5 secs costs 5 IP http://i.imgur.com/4vULpKt.png

Now I know they are different in the fact that they are glyphs and seals but I mean wow Why should I even use IP on the Glyphs of Regen? The seal is 131 times better than the Glyph. Sure Glyphs are suppose to be weaker in those stats but I mean come on!Amumu

The price of runes in general is absurd. Pretty much goes without saying.

Health Regen is secondary in glyphs while primary in seals, so yellows are going to have the better value there.

Lol, it's because each type of Rune is better at certain things than others. Like Seals are good for armor and health, while the Glyphs are good for MR.

You are going to have less stats if you don't get the right Runes. If it's going to be worse, don't get it.

Yes I stated that above in "Sure Glyphs are suppose to be weaker in those stats but I mean come on!" but the price of one rune being that strong compared to the other and the price seems rather bizarre if there was to be a tier 3 seal of health regen that scaled with the price of the rune it would extreemmmly OP I mean at tier 1 the seal is .35 hp/5 costs 5IP at tier 3 its .56 hp/5 at 850 IP and now make if to fill a slot of seals or glyphs you need 9 of each that's 7650 IP for 9 seals of .56 hp/5 45 IP for 9 seals of .35 hp/5

you cannot say there isn't something off about the pricing
