More Elise buffs plz!

Not like she needs them, she's actually really good, but playing her again as made me realize how fun she is. Although I suspect it may be because of the ap item changes greatly benefitting her on top of the buffs, but that's just one man's opinion.

Anywho, Great job guys! Elise is viable and good again, without being way overbearing!!
