Jayce little buff

I know that Jayce's Q in melee form received a buff, but Jayce is still in a weak spot...and he's in that weak spot for a very long time. I was thinking about buffing his E(ranged form), maybe slow the enemies that passes through the gate...or at least reduce the cooldown. From 16 seconds we could go to 12 seconds at all ranks. Such a fun champion, with great combos shouldnt be forgotten, especially because he stayed at a low winrate (44-46% winrate) too much time. And if you don't like to buff his E in ranged form, then buff his E in melee form. Make it stun the enemies for 1 second if they collide.

I wish they would buff Jayce's escape, he has plenty of damage and I think his E is okay as it is mainly used for extensive poke but Jayce has no chance to run like some ADC's nor does he have anything to make his melee form very strong. I like the 1 sec stun on his E, that would make it more worthwhile to use melee.
