Nerf Leona's Ult please.

Just as you guys did with Garen's Ultimate, the same thing needs to be done with her Ult. It's extremely unfun to place against, and borderline "toxic" for the game. I even feel bad playing her and hitting Lv.6, knowing that the lane is now mine.

Leona's kit is fine, her CC is fine, her stats are fine. Only problem I have with her the ridiculously short CD ult. And as I said earlier, same thing with Garen's ult, you raised the CD at earlier ranks so it wasn't always up. That's all that needs to be done with Leona.

And I won't even get into how low her CD can go with max CDR coughcough36secondscough. But early ranks need to be changed.
