QoL change for Mikael's Crucible

I would really like the missile speed to be increased. There have been so many times where I try and use it to save an ally from dying to Ignite or w/e other DoT might be on them. I use it, it goes on CD, and I even see the green numbers show up on the ally +XXX But they still die because the heal didn't go off fast enough. Even though the heal DID hit them.
