*NO NAME* - Fury of the Elements
This is a character idea I had today. Thought I would write out his skills, and see what it would look like. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Never did get a name though...
So, this Champion has no Ultimate, and can instead level up all 4 abilities freely, like Udyr.
****** - Fury of the Elements
Q: Fire Blast Toss a ball of fire in a line hitting the first enemy struck dealing XX(+%) Magic damage, the enemy is ignited and after 3 seconds the target takes another XX(+%) Magic damage and 50% of that damage is dealt to all nearby enemies.
W: Healing Tide Heals an allied Champion for XX(+%), jumps to one nearby damaged Champion healing for 50% of the initial amount.
E: Earthen Protection Shields an allied Champion for XX(+%) for 4 seconds. Also blocks the first basic attack on the same target from an enemy Champion or Epic monster.
R: Twister After a short delay, knocks all enemies inside of the targeted area up in the air and deal XX(+%) Magic damage. For the next 4 seconds the affected area will slow enemies inside by XX% and speeds up allies by XX%.
Passive: Elemental Fusion (2 parter) Once a basic ability reaches Rank 5, they get increased in power. Q- Initial impact is now AoE. All targets hit are ignited. Can only be hit by one instance of secondary effect. W- Jumps up to 2 additional targets, instead of 1. And the healing reduction per jump is only 35%. E- The first enemy to Basic attack the shielded target is also stunned for 1 second. Has no effect on Epic monsters. R- Increases the knock up duration and increases the speed/slow ground effect by 2 seconds.
After casting two spells, your next Basic attack is empowered, based on the spells cast. After one spell is cast, you gain an "Element Counter". The Counter does nothing itself, but once a second spell is cast it consumes the Counter and your next basic attack is empowered. "Empowered Element" must be used within 8 seconds, if not you lose the effect. Casting another spell while the Empowered Element buff is active will give you an "Element Counter", but will not remove the effect unless a second spell is cast, then the new buff replaces the older one.
Fire and Earth - Magma -Hurls molten lava at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage and melting their Armor.
Earth and Water - Mud -Hurls a glob of mud at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage and adding the "Grounding" debuff for 3 seconds.
Water and Wind - Ice -Fires a shard of ice at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage and freezing (Stun) the enemy for 1 second. Any direct damage will remove the stun. Enemy is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds after the Stun ends.
Wind and Fire - Lightning -Shoots a bolt of lightning at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage, then jumps to three additional nearby enemies, dealing 50% of the initial damage.
Fire and Water - Steam -Fires steam at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage and lowering the enemies damage dealt by 15% for 2 seconds.
Earth and Wind - Force -Fires a wave of force at the targeted enemy. Dealing bonus Magic damage and pushing the enemy back a short distance.
