So has the new automated punishment system actually made any improvements, Riot?

I made a drastic improvement to my behavior on reading the announcement about the new automated punishment system being tested on NA recently. I thought other people would too and there would be a noticeable increase in quality of games but I haven't noticed that at all. Games are just as toxic and I haven't gotten a single notification that my reports have made any difference.

Not to make excuses for any slumps in my behavior but just saying that when someone really puts in a sincere effort to improve their behavior and still experiences massive toxicity repeatedly that person tends to stop giving any shits on trying to be a better person. Like I've literally had 2 games today where people all chat "GG LOSERS" "GG SO EASY" on winning and I'm left wondering how in the world scum like that still isn't chat restricted.

I dunno, just thought I'd bring it up and ask if there's actually been any improvements. Still feels like the same cesspool to me.
