The best part is, when his current state was first released on the PBE, we all said this is what happens and explained why it's retardedly broken. No one listens on the forums here and anyone who posted it on Reddit got downvoted into oblivion. Good job geniuses.
For god sakes. Their was not F*cking time to make any changes to Ryze. the Patch was fix by the time Ryze saw LCS action.
Go read the current PBE notes if your looking for nerfs. should be ready in about 2 weeks.

While he is annoying to play against, he simply doesn't win that many of his games.
Those are just todays stats, with only master tier being an outlier with a 58% win rate, but i mean soraka also has a 64% with a much higher sample base for today, so ya.
Yes win rates do not tell the entire story, but there is a reason he is still in the bottom 10 for win rates, despite having this annoying playstyle.
