Bring back old rune system. Keystones ruin the game

Keystones from last seasons and this preseason is a big part of the state of imbalance between champs and snowball / one sided games. Riot tries to save time by balancing these new runes with this one fits all mind set, that if it brings the power down for this group/ or individual champ everything else will be even. But all it does is shift power to another group or character.

Invest more time in balancing the champs not the runes.
