Dev diary: This is how you should address marksmen & S8 rune system (resolve path)

You want to make marksmen not meta/optional? Here is something that should have been done a long time ago. Rework crit so its not RNG so players can anticipate & calculate the damage. ADC's itemization could be way more linear, so one item is very good at one thing but very bad in other categories, it either does alot of damage to structures, monsters, high health, low health, etc. Pick one don't give any item the best of both worlds. items could have the 3 or 4 hit passive instead of the keystone. Some may say we already have bork & LDR but that does lots of damage and everything in general does as well.

Regarding the resolve path just remove the whole new s8 rune mastery tree system and make it all utility with things like wards(zombie/poro ward etc), revive time, gold, exp, farm, etc and NO dmg, def, or mobi things at all. Then bring back true runes but buffed up/more extensive & free.

I hope my tone in this post isn't aggressive/threatening, with that said I feel that with the amount of work/effort they put into developing/fixing riot maybe to prideful to admit that they're wrong or it may hurt to remove something that took so long to make.

I'm actually kind of mad this got downvoted.

I haven't seen anyone suggest an item or stat that increases damage to structures, and I think that's brilliant. It may not be the solution we need, but it's certainly worth talking about imo.

If people don't like it, let's hear arguments on exactly why, cause I think that could be very enlightening.
