Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Generation Unfairly Balanced VS Greater Glyph. Bad design.

I don't think it's fair, or balanced that Riot make it so that the Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Generation (GSOSMR) gives less mana at level 18 than the Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Generation (GSOSMR) .

GSOSMR = .065*(lvl 18) = +1.17 GSOSMR = .06*(lvl18) = +1.2

Now I understand riot wants to diversify gameplay by increasing rune diversity, but by making it so that a multiplication equation with a greater set of multiplicands results in a lower product than a lesser set of multiplicands is an unnecessary nerf to math.

Please undo the nerf to math so that:

.065 X 18 = 1.17

and

.06 X 18 = 1.08*

That's odd but probably just a typo, I think.

Always the Riot Apologist who are ready to defend. Riot crosses the line when they start nerfing reality! It's a slippery slope I tell you.
