I recently got hard trolled and the trolls are still playing

Following around someone for 30 minutes in a game, preventing from farm and playing, from 2 minutes into game, in a ranked game, is not a punishable offense? Really? Not to mention logging off for 3 minutes, not using spells, and forcing other players out of their lane by trolling?

I even submitted a support ticket and sent the replay, yet all I got back was essentially "moved to another ticket #" and the ticket was marked "solved."

Good job Riot, your player support is truly baffling. And so is the ban system.
