[Suggestion] Making Silence healthy

So we all know that the silence got removed from Leblanc Talon Kassadin due to lacking counterplay. I personally think, that silence is a very interesting form of CC which definitely should be made usable in old and future champion designs. So here is my proposed solution to introduce counterplay to it:

Let silence affect only Champion abilities. This would give people, who got silenced the possibility to flash/qss/zhonyas etc.. In that case the enemy would have a chance to react while still being impaired in terms of their reaction bandwidth.

Silence got removed from those champions not because it's unhealthy, but because silences do not belong on assassins. Making matters even worse, their silences required practically no real skill to land.

You are completely mischaracterizing those changes.

Silence is NOT the part of those abilities without enough counterplay The champions as a whole did not have enough counterplay because they have gapclosers combined with high burst combined with a TARGETED silence

There's nothing wrong with Malzahar's silence, or Soraka's silence, or Garen's silence. One is a skillshot, two of them are on champions that lack the ability to burst you from 100-0, and all three of them are on champions without dashes or blinks.

Silences should be on tanks, in my opinion, or those whose job it is to get into the middle of the enemy team and just wreak havoc.
