Missed opportunity for 1. 4.?

Scince everyone on the boards here is complaining 24/7 about towers being too weak, what would have happened if Riot would have buffed towers totally over the top during 1.4.(giving them all thornmail; warmogs and sunfire passive and multiply their stats by 10)? I just think it would have been quite amusing zerging for 3 hours at t1 towers and complaining on the boards about towers being too strong.

I know this would be absolutely gamebreaking but for one day some people would have a quite shocking experience in normals(bllind).
