Prevent Yasuo's Shield from Charging in Combat

I understand that Yasuo has a passive shield to be able to survive during the laning phase and have an easier time CSing. That's fine. However, I don't think it's fine when he's charging it during combat. So many times at the end of a fight he's left with one hp and you're about to get him and his fucking shield comes out of nowhere and saves the little fucker. Most of the time Yasuo's aren't even aware that they're charging it midfight. This tilts the crap of me and many people who lost their chance to delay his insane late game. It's even more tilting when you think your ignite is going to kill him and his shield just barely comes up to negate the little damage left to finish him off.
