so is it just me or does anyone else think zac jungle is strong?

whenever i play zac jungle i find myself being able to gank from 2 screens away and having a good sucess rate with so much cc why dont people play him jungle more? he has good base damange good scaling and monstrous cc with a great diving passive

He's sleeper op (not actually op just really freaking strong but no one plays him because they're to busy playing xin or other right click to win junglers).

Very strong. I don't play him, because I can have 9 good games on him, but if I do poorly the 10th my team chastises me and I rethink playing "out of meta" champs.
