Ivern passive and Talon E have a similar problem in Howling Abyss and I don't think Riot does balance changes for twisted treeline anymore.

Shouldn't be important in HA as that's an on-going team fight where everyone is just there XD

TT..eh I hardly ever see her played there myself.
