Can we finally get some clearer info on the S rating?

Because I am pretty sure sometimes that the system is just trolling.

I just went 23-3-13 in an 18 minute game. Got an A. Not an A+ even, an A. Of course I am sitting on lvl5 with 1 S on my main (Brand)waiting for that second one, but I wasn't wen surprised because it happens to often. Everyone in lbby went WtF.

I just looked at your game history.......Its a hexakill game. Your score is certainly impressive, but I think its not a good estimate of how Riot judge the grading with their algorithm. But I will be honest, I be a bit supprise you did not get a higher score. On another hand, I was told, the KDR don't mean as much as we might think for the grade.
