@Riot: Isn't Heroes Charge pushing the legal limit on copying you here?

So I occasionally log in and do some Heroes Charge, a mobile game that calls itself a MOBA. This month - like every month - had a free char giveaway as a log in reward, so I took a look, and as a long time main I took note when this month's ~~champ ~~err Hero was named "Brand." Seeing that "Brand" was a Fire-DoT mage gave me some more note....

So then I looked at his skills..... (note that Heroes Charge lists ult as 1st skill)

1st main skill: Fire 'beam' that damages and stuns an enemy

2nd skill "pillar of fire": casts a pillar of fire that damages enemies within the pillar, dealing bonus damage to people already stuck by another one of Brand's skills

3rd skill: cast a DoT fire effect on an enemy

ULT: Fireball that bounces up to 5 times.

...

.... need I go on?

Well, to be fair, having a fire-based character named Brand is nothing unusual.

It basically means fire in German, Swedish and many other languages.

And Brand skill kit is not exactly unusual anyways. That said, it probably did just steal everything from League, but it will get away with it.

UCool is the maker of Heroes Charge (remember those god awful Evony ads? That company), and I think they are based in Cali. Have been sued over copying content before, too.

And if you are looking up their Cryocore Brand clone, Heroes Charge lists the title primary and name secondary (so rather than "Brand, the Burning Vengeance" it is "The Inferno, Brand").

I looked at some of the characters in the game on the website (Although I didn't see any character named "Brand" so it might not have been the right site) and it had rip offs of other games such as 'Anti-Mage' from DoTA 2 with basically the exact same abilities.
