Can we get refunds for skins you change please?

Riot, you've been updating a handful of splashs and such lately. I honestly hate the new style? But whatever, it's the direction you're going whether I like it or not, and that's fine. But it sucks when I buy a skin, then you change the skin and I hate the update. Can we get a 10-day refund offer or something when you change something we bought?
