PSA: Ignite/Heal spammed every game - TOO STRONG.
Just a public service announcement that right now it appears everybody is bringing heal and ignite no matter their lane and utilizing cooldowns from masteries and items
to drop the already low cooldown so they can basically spam them constantly.
Perhaps its time to let QSS remove ignite at long last or to nerf ignite/heal CD or at least the amounts? Because as it stands, you nerfed teleport for having too much of an impact on a game and put it on a five minute CDR but right now, 210 seconds with cooldown from masteries and Ionian boots still puts it closer to 2 1/2 minutes. That's an awful short time for hundreds of damage or hundreds of health to be restored from a spell.
Since you guys are so nerf happy you should take a look at those two spells that could use a little attention!
