When LeagueLSI and League Replay joined forces (now LeagueReplay2.0) i lost the ability in LSI to change health bars per tick (1 tick represents 100hp, while a large tick represents 1000hp) Question: Does anyone know where i can find the file to alter the HP ticks on player HP bars?
In fairly sure altering files in order to clarify health amounts falls under "unfair advantage" and is against ToS (even if it seems minimal).

editing health bars does not fall within these category at all...
(otherwise turning on color blind mode would break ToS and ToU)
