In-Client Patch Notes

This might sound difficult, but if you think about it - the result would be OUTSTANDING...

How difficult would it be to create 2 columns? IE: Column one "Patch X.XX notes" , while column 2 shows the "Table of Contents" (It's already like this, but not in 2 separate columns)

NOW, when you either scroll down through the notes, or select a part of the contents from column 2, column 2 moves with you....

Example: Patch 9.5 has a Tryndamere simple change... Why doesn't the table of contents move down with me when I click on Tryndamere?

PS: Bring voice communication to the game for everyone, not just Premades
