@Riot How will you be nerfing Viktor?

I'm a Viktor main currently in Platinum 3 with almost 300k mastery points in him. I heard he is getting nerfed in 6.15 and I believe it is justified considering his pick rate and how insanely strong he is right now. However, I am curious as to see how they are nerfing him. In my opinion they should lower the E damage on minions early to mid game with the augment and they should nerf the tick damage on his ultimate as they are both extremely high. How will you likely nerf him?

Nerf his ult's movement speed.

Shit's waaaaayyyy too fast. Maybe take another look at Q damage too.

What? His ultimate is useless?

Without Rylais anyone can just walk away?

Even with Rylais, people just Flash out of it?

This in addition to the fact that he's immobile and has no self-peel (unless you count the ultimately unreliable W)?

How's he overpowered in any way?

Guys, there is one thing I know If RIOT nerfs the wrong part he will be broke I mean common he is Strong but not op Many don't know how to play against him and what to expect that's just it. Viktor needs a skin more than a nerf!
