im also pleased to see exactly the irelia nerf i was hoping for. dont know if that 10 s extra cooldown on her rank 3 ult is warranted, but the increase on the rank 1 ult cooldown is reasonable.

I would much rather have seen her eat some actual mana costs (such as having the mana restore on Q get nerfed so that it's only ever half of the mana cost), get the cooldown on W get nerfed, or have that ridiculous equal health percent clause removed from E.

i think her ult is largely underestimated. the sustain and damage she gets out of it in lane trades can turn around a fight almost as much as her e.
and right now she has it up for almost every single major trade.

Fuck that, it'll take him down to 20%, maybe lower. He's a champ with literally no mobility, an unreliable slow, and a shit root. His ult is his only defense.
