varus trades his mobility for a poke thats more op than jayce + nid added together
muh mobility lmao
muh mobility lmao
Varus is in no way shape or form better then either of those 2.his poke is crap tbh to much mana for reduced damage because of the piecing
Varus: Maximum Physical Damage: 15 / 70 / 125 / 180 / 235 (+ 160% AD)
Nidalee: Maximum Magic Damage: 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450 (+120% AP)
Jayce: Maximum Physical Damage: 98 / 168 / 238 / 308 / 378 / 448 (+ 168% bonus AD)
"a poke thats more op than jayce + nid added together "
AD caster varus is a lane bully; hes used to shut down snowball mid laners. His Q, however, is not "OP" and compared to others with the same level of poke, has much less power than them.
His isn't telegraphed or anything. I mean, at least he doesn't have to stand there and basically tell you he's going to shoot soon. Good thing only Nidalee and Jayce have that happen.
it's almost like different champs do different things and have different strengths and weaknesses
huh....
I wouldnt say he's in nidalee territory, as those spears are absolutely absurd at maximum range.
but I can see the comparison to Jayce, yes.
If there's a squishy champion with poke but no mobility... why don't you get in his face and kill him?
Unless his team is protecting him, in which case you need teamwork that is better than his team's teamwork.
He has been this way for a long time now and you're just noticing this? Varus is only getting this attention with the new change to his Q cooldown. But tbh, that "poke" is a tradeoff in items. If you built Varus like a regular ADC, he would have more DPS than you would with building Varus as a AD poke castor.
