@meddler You have nerfed two of karthus main items and its killing karthus :P
So do you have any plans to buff karthus? While I agree he isn't in the worst of places right now. Expect that to change at this point. Two of his core items have been nerfed 
in 6.24 and 
in 6.9 and 6.12) Can you guys add a new mechanic to him like if he hits a q on a single target it will increase his movement speed by 5% stacking up 3 or 4 times.
