Blitzcrank really isn't that hard to play

I'm so sick of people playing Blitzcrank, missing 90% of their hooks, and then claiming that "Blitzcrank is a hard champion". He's really not. His Kit is one of the easiest in the game, and all you need to do is literally be able to land ONE skillshot. It's a simple combination of W -> Q -> E -> R, and then you can repeat maybe 30 seconds later, and then you will usually get a kill or at least a flash. Saying his hook is hard to land is like saying Ammumu's Q makes him hard to play. It doesn't. When you are level 30 I expect that you can hit at least a fair majority of skillshots.
