I heard that darius was going to get a semi large rework and we curios as to wether it was a buff or nerf or just a rework that does neither cuz i love me some darius top lane and i hope he doesnt get nerfed because ppls dont know how to counter him. so should i spam him in solo q because his ax will be made of foam in a couple of weeks or should i spam him solo q to better appreciate how much more awesome he is post patch
Blue Socialist1 votesThey're just making some changes such as his E checking on targets at the end of cast (no more of flash out, pulled back in) and perhaps adding more reward for getting a good number of stacks while staying in a fight. It's really just a rework.

That being said, since you seem to value Darius for being hard to counter in lane, you will most likely perceive the change as a nerf, as they are trying to give Darius more strategic identity, and that might come at the cost of removing some of his raw stat power.
Also, most reworks nowadays tend to introduce counterplay elements to the champions, so Darius will most likely become less overbearing in lane.
