Is Nidalee worth it to main if you can hit her skill shots? I heard she can Top and support....

If you play Nidalee support, expect heavy rage and a highly probable loss.

When I played ADC a long time ago and had a Nid support I would literally just fume inside at how useless she was. All she really has is damage and a weak heal with a high mana cost.

And don't say she has free wards. Just don't.

Not judging you. :3 Just making sure that another Nidalee support player is not created.

She has pretty good damage as an AD bruiser top but falls off a bit since she normally doesn't build mpen, but I think that substituting one defensive item for a void staff wouldn't be too bad.

As AP mid she's an assassin whose power relies heavily on her Q and W, if she doesn't get Hunt procs off that she won't be doing... anything, really. If she does, she'll be able to burst someone out of position, unless they're guarded by high CC champs, and if they are, you'll die instantly.

So is she better than Karma mid lane or Top an I know Karma is better support and that Nidalle can't jungle so is Karma also better at top and mid?

The play different roles.

You pick Karma if you need heavy disengage/protection on your team. Her damage is decent but not amazing. However, she is very good at controlling kiteable enemies and protecting her allies, so she's a good pick if you have a strong late-game carry that you want to protect, and the enemy have champions who are susceptible to slows and snares, like Nasus.

Nidalee is a poke-assassin (AP) or a heavy split-pusher (AD).

As AP, she is good at picking off enemies, and poking before engagement (though no longer as broken in that respect as she used to be); she also has decent sustain, though her laning / waveclear isn't great vs enemies who can harass her easily while hiding behind their minions. She is weak in all-out teamfights when building AP, since she is very fragile and risks being blown up instantly if she jumps in with cougar form. That's why she needs to soften enemy teams up with poke before fights,

People really hate support Nidalee, though I think that's mostly because most of the people who play support Nidalee are playing it because they wanted to play AP MId and not a support, and don't even try (e.g. don't buy gold items or wards/sightstone.) She can work as an aggressive or zoning support, but only with certain compositions (e.g. with Ezreal, who has a good combination of ranged poke to complement hers, and his own escape to work around her lack of disengage/CC.) It's a niche pick and you will get flamed for picking it, but can work if you have nothing else.

I'm pretty sure that Nidalee can jungle, I don't know what skills she'd start with (probably not Q).

Karma's better mid if you have an ADC who needs a little extra support since she has some decent CC with her Q and W, but Nidalee carries harder as long as the team plays based on her poke.
