Buff Riven's base movement speed

Riven has to juggle using her dashes for movement or as damage, and with this seasons low cooldown reduction in runes, its even harder to get decent trades without sacrificing poistioning and health, especially vs ranged, (using up alot of your dashes to close the gap and getting minimal damage). I believe it isnt too much to ask for 5 additional movement speed from 340 to 345 so she can match the other duelist top.
