Give Riven cdr
You can't make short trades anymore, you can only go for all ins. Last season you would take 10cdr or 5cdr and 5 scaling, and it was very key to her kit. Also the 5 from the rune tree is bad

welcome to being a cdr reliant main.
Almost EVERY mage is suffering because of it.
There's a hell of a lot more Riot needs to compensate for her than just the CD-R from her old runes.
I dont know, its not a bad idea to try to give her cdr, but the issue is the burst tree abuse she has. You are gonna have to be willing to trade off some ad scaling or base damage to make this really viable for balance (Consider the fact that most tanks have a base armor stat of 35, and the burst tree when she uses Q or E grants her 10 lethality on a 4 second cooldown. Idk the calculations for the armor ignore at level one, but its pretty damn sad what this tank stating and the tree is.)
