Will touch controls be available on Lol rift?

(idk which board to ask) I'm really excited for lol to go on mobile but I never liked the joystick controls. I really liked playing with vainglory's original controls wher eyoui drag the screen and aim rather than joystick. Is there any chance it will be implemented in game?
