Matching quibbles

I am intensely distressed at the prevalence of Lv. 30s in games I expect to contain 18 ~ 22s. I do wish that parties containing them would be considered dead last by the matchmaker, because then, a Lv. 30 Katarina or Yasuo doesn't 28/4/16 us and terminate the game in 25 minutes, and I would not have quite as many losses on my record that can be chalked up expressly to, "because the matchmaker hates me." I have to say, though, that if this is intentional, then it's very, very effective at curbing my last20 to a 50% winrate. I'd rather lose honestly however, and not because someone on the enemy team has- I am not kidding on this one- 1,110 wins under their belt.
