Why haven't I gotten any keys in awhile?
I have played around 40 games in the past week. Why have I not gotten any keys since I opened my initial 4 chest?

The probability of getting a key fragment decreases with each one you get, with the drop rate resetting each month.
Kudos to you for managing to get enough fragment drops to open 4 chests already though, I've only managed 9 fragment drops myself so far.
