I don't know whats up with this game at the moment, but in 5 straight games i've gotten nothing but trolls. Every. Single. Game. I'm the only one keeping us in the game. It's like people get so much joy for losing the game for others they just continuously do it. When I do win it's because I carried the shit out of my team despite them trying to purposely throw the game.

I played a game as orianna, the hec and xin refused to initiate because I quote "I might die". So, in order for team fights to happen I had to be the first one in and it usually resulted in my death.

I just played with a viktor who continuously tried to 1v5 because "it's fun. I don't care if I lose." When I asked him to stop dying on purpose he said "this is whats fun for me. get over it. It's just a game, I don't care if I win if it means you don't have fun".

Played a game as Vi and I would be pinging, typing in chat, while i'm fighting and no one would rotate. ever. I would 1v2 and come out alive and they would just sit in their lane and farm. Literally no map awareness. When I died is when they would go in 1 by 1 and die. I ask for help with dragon and no one comes, I die. I initiate on their adc with my team behind me, they run off to the jungle and let me die then go in 1 by 1.

Do people not understand the fundamentals of the game? Do people just not care about winning or they refuse to play as a team to get any better or win? I don't know, but it's incredibly fucking frustrating. I love this game. I really do, but i'm now getting to the point where I don't enjoy playing as much anymore because of the people that are constantly trolling. I think the report system needs to be harsher. I mean, if an entire team reports a play for intentional feeding why doesn't he get perma banned from ranked? He's obviously not playing the game to win, but to piss people off and waste every ones time.

I do 1v5 sometimes when im trying to get good video footage of derpy bronze plays

If people don't listen to you, then stop trying to make them listen to you. Play around their prerogative... As wrong as it might be... you have to make the best of a bad situation.

As soon as you start typing in chat, you are tilted... Just accept the state of the game and try to win... if you don't win... oh well... eventually it will even out if you consistently play well yourself.

It's frustrating to deal with these people, and they shouldn't do the things you've described but when these things happen just remember it is just a game. There are so many other things in life that matter more than some internet game, don't let something so trivial ruin even a single day in your life because it's not worth it. There are so many awful things you could have in your life that you should be thankful if some random idiot will don't know and will never know in real life ruined one game for you. This game isn't important enough to get upset over, those random idiots you will sometimes get placed with in games are not important enough to get upset over, just try to remember that.
