I left one game, and it gave me 20 minutes of low priority queue. I've left a lot of games before, but I estimate I've played >20 games since then without leaving. I didn't do very well, but I still finished. So 20 games I finished later, I leave in the middle of one game, and then 20 minutes in queue. Can someone explain this to me? Doesn't Leaverbuster lighten the consequences for improved behaviour? Or am I just mislead?

Yeah, but 20 games isn't enough to show 'improved behaviour'. If you've been AFK'ing enough to get to 20 minutes then it'll take a while before your account becomes normal again.

20 games really isn't all that many...
