Leaverbuster might need some work...

So, what I'm getting is this: I leave League for nearly 8 months, and then come back. One laggy game later, I have to sit through twenty minutes of Leaverbuster penalty. Oh, come on, please at least RESET the Leaverbuster if we haven't played or gotten any penalties in, say, a month. That's long enough for waiting out Leaverbuster to be struck out as an option, but short enough to not make people rage when their good record is ruined by a single lag spike. I'm getting very frustrated by Leaverbuster penalties, and while -- yes, it is a good thing! -- it's getting very annoying for the gamers who absolutely HAVE to go, or get lag spikes and are ejected from the game.
