Not playing with the same players/blocked

I clearly don't want to keep playing with the same players or against when I queue. When someone leaves during champ select, don't put us in the same game, then they'll know who we're picking and how we will play. I mean, when someone leaves a game early, don't put us in the same game later on.. Then they'll know how I'm gonna play and what I'm gonna pick. I was an Ivern last game and invaded their jungle, then I went against them next game and they knew I was there. Stop putting us with same players. And I don't want to be playing with players on my block list. They're blocked for a reason so we don't have to deal with them.
