Support Item Changes (Preseason)
So only two support items? I really loved coin since it sacrificed damage and sustain/tankiness for the better gold passive. It enabled enchanters to get to those first items faster which was the only way they could be viable enough to buff their allies and MAYBE survive the absurd double mage / overpowered hook meta. Now I see Relic is going to allow ranged champions to use it - but it seems weird, since if the stats don't change most enchanters don't want the health, don't want to get close enough to that cannon, and its hard to use in a solo environment since you cant guarantee the ADC will let you have it anyway. That's why I loved coin since it was the safer option in solo queue. You don't know if your ADC will be bad/good, aggressive/defensive and coin let you benefit from either.
I predict this will make enchanters extremely volatile as if they weren't already. With the HUGE amount of stress they are putting on bot laner with the dragon changes, I don't think they will survive this meta. I predict only tanks, mages with extremely long range, and morgana will be able to survive and thats kind of sad. I guess its time to find an ADC I like to duo with, as if solo supporting wasn't hard enough before these changes.
What do you guys think?
