Malzahar's minions don't proc Conqueror, but Zyra/Heimer/Annie do

So basically, title.

I'm not sure if this intentional or unintentional, and if Malzahar's minions are coded differently than the three champions above. It is actually already much harder to get Malzahar Minions to hit an enemy than it is to have Zyra plants poke you or three Heimer turrets focusing you as you try to cs - or Tibbers on you 24/7 when you kill his master so I'm not entirely sure why he can't have it so his minions do give him Conqueror.

In fact, each of Zyra's and Heimers minions proc conqueror - meaning both of them near instantly stack conqueror (1 Zyra q w/ two seeds). Malzahar's minions have to at least walk to you, and usually don't even get halfway as they die to an auto attack and any spell combo (just aim them at malz, the aoe kills them as soon as they spawn and you also trade with him). So if this is a question of OP or not, then I don't believe Malzahar suddenly becomes OP with conqueror. He actually gains particularly high DPS with Aery - conqeuror is only better long-term but enablesMalzahar to be the battle-mage he's supposed to be and push him to be in the frey instead of E+Q and run away (also giving champions an opportunity to kill him btw).

TLDR: Summoning Champs' minions give conqueror stacks [2] (each individual summon has a small internal CD), but Malzahar's do not. This is inconsistent and he's no stronger with Conq than they are. Change please?

Then there is Illaoi whose tentacles are codded as pets, and so all her tentacles together can genereate a max of 1/10 stacks per 5 seconds.

They should just recode conqueror based on time in combat to equalize around all players. Otherwise you get some champs that can proc it really easy and it becomes mandatory and other champs that can barely proc it and you can't effectively use it.

I kept hitting my head against a wall trying to figure out Zyra runes and builds before settling on Glacial augment and Twin Shadows + Zhonya's core. Conqueor crossed my mind for like a split second but although I hadn't tested it I really didn't think that was the way, especially cuz I was emphasizing on a support Zyra, I guess I'll give Conqueror a try it's just I really doubt I'll end up using it. You really think it's any good on her?

Is conqueror really any good on Zyra? Feels to me like the plants would just end up dying without doing anything provided you dont instantly ult them after laning ends.....at least that´s how it goes for me.
