Can you ADC's stop build Duskblade on champions like MF an Lucian?

Seriously makes no sense to build on champions who don't have an active/passive invisible like rengar, kha, vayne tumble during ult, an twitches Q to say a few.

It's seriously mind boggling seeing ADC still rush this item on champions that can't continually use the passive afted. Heck, maybe even Yi could benefit from it since I am pretty sure his alpha strike takes him off the map for a second. NOT SURE but still, just don't build it.
