Whats riot doing to fizz passive?

I know these are unofficial but here is what might might be happening.First here fizz passive

Nimble Fighter (Passive) Fizz's dexterity allows him to move through units and take less physical damage from basic attacks.

Here is his unofficial nerf

Nimble Fighter (Passive) No longer ignores collision with units Playful / Trickster (E) CD increased to 18/16/14/12/10 seconds from 16/14/12/10/8

So now his passive only reduces damage from basic attacks. I feel that was a unnecessary change but i do agree with the E nerf. If he actually gets this passive nerf i guess they will have to change the name of it.

If anything, he shouldn't become untargetable while "flopping" around. He should just gain 50% damage reduction in this state, and the cooldown on it raised so it can't be spammed making him the "ultimate tank".

That would suffice and make him more of an easy kill than worrying about timing strikes on such a ham-ball like that.

They actually took away the nerf to his passive, so that it functions like normal, and instead nerfed his aa range by 50. So don't worry, your floppy fish is still a ghost.
